    We do a monthly run to update some custom fields in our users’ profiles. In the most recent run (which I have re-done multiple times), the reporting from the plugin at the end of the update shows all records having been updated successfully. However, some records have not been updated at all while others have. We have been using this plugin for years without problem. This problem appears to have started with a recent plugin update.

    @hbmacp,

    This seems to be some problem with the limits in your hosting. Did you try with smaller files?

    The recent plugin update has not changed anything in this part of the plugin.

    I have tried with two different files – one with only two records (the header record and one detail record) and one with more than 100 records. Both report successful execution of the run. However, when I check the user records, the updates have not been done.

    I agree this is resolved. It was not a problem with the plugin. Sorry for the false alarm.
