Some TYPE OF SYNTAX ERROR

Everytime I login to my wordpress, and EVEN Looking here on the forum, instead of the directory address showing up, I get these weird symbols. the symbols is a capital A with a box around it. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP? I have tried everything including resting my websites on blue host and deleting and reinstalling my wordpress installations to no avail.
