Some tweaks and questions

Hi Eugen,
Love your plugin, at the moment I am only using it for Twitter, I have a couple of questions thou:
1. Is it possible to change that “posted 12458697976546565 seconds ago” to something else like days or hours?
2. If a tweet has more hashtags it seems that the plugin only takes the first, the rest remains plain text. Not sure if this is a bug or this is how you meant.
3. I would like links to open in a frame or new page and the same for sharing options, I think you answered already to someone else that you are working on this, just wanted to make sure you’re still on it.
