Some troubeling around the plugin

    2. is solved. we have found the code in the template files and delete it.
    But how can we select a specific sidebar for all tickets and move the sidebar from right to left?

    Ho Tobias,

    Changing the page template is related to your theme. You need to find a template file with the sidebar where you want it and use this template as the base template for the process described in our docs.

    For instance, let’s imagine that your theme has a file called template-sidebar-left.php where the sidebar is on the left side. You would duplicate this template and rename it single-ticket.php and follow the rest of the procedure described in our doc.
