Some times email not send using outlook

    Some times SMTP email are not working it show 423 error code with ,
    “Too many Requests”.

    Also I want different from address for contact form, order email or anyform.
    But if I enable SMTP all email from address showing Same outlook email connected. How to solve this issue also. Can you please help about this

    Hello @sahithk,

    The error code you are getting is from Outlook API calls. There might be issues with the Outlook account i.e. the resource limit might be over. Can you please let us know how many emails you are sending per day? This might be the issue with maximum emails per day.

    Hi, When i check on backend almost 6 email per day now showing in email log. But this will be increase according to the cutsomer and orders.

    And now the email is working

    See the images. It show proper From name and email in error log. But when check from outlook it will be different.

    So i need the same showing in error log from address details on outlook also. Please check and let me know

    Hi sorry, It show separate from address on email log. But not exact same that we enter in woocommerce order email from address.
    So we have option for enter separate from address for contact form , customer email etc, But it show only outlook email from address in the emai. I want separate from address
