Some times don’t get the voice, why?

    I can see the notice and hear the voice on the preview, but when real order is coming, only see the notice message, but not all time hear the voice, what should I do to fix it?

    Unfortunately, is to difficult for us to check what is happening in your case.

    Could you check if the issue is also happening in another browser?

    Also, could you give us the plugin, WooCommerce and WordPress version you are using, please?

    I’m using chrome, WordPress 4.99, woocommerce 3.53
    Is the voice only play when I login website? Or open the browser?
