Some themes don’t show images!

  • When I use some themes with my site, none of the images inside posts show up!

    for example, with these themes:
    – akhdian 1.1
    – Amsterdam Nights 1.5
    – WordPress Default 1.5

    images in posts do NOT show up
    but with these themes:
    – WordPress Classic 1.5
    – Green Marin??e 1.0
    – Slash Dot 1.5

    images show up just fine.

    why would images show up fine with one theme but not another? where do i look for options to change those settings?

  • Spend some quality time with the documents in the codex.
    the_content vs. “faked” the_excerpt

    The images probably show up in all single post pages.

    hey, thanks!

    i updated the 3 themes i mentioned to use “the_content” instead of “the_excerpt”
