How did you update the Profile, from frontend account/profile or backend?

You translate the English Email template.

ho, from frontend.

How can I translate? And why Form empty? I suppose it shows the edited fields values

How did you install the plugin?
Is the UM Settings -> Email -> Profile is updated email -> Message Body empty?
If not empty, try to save the email template with some text changes.

Hi, I installed the plugin as other plugin on WP. I selected the plugin to upload and install manually on WP. After I activated it I found the notification in Email of UM.

The message body is not empty, I translated the predefined message body I found already after I installed the plugin. I did some text changes but I get always the same message:

User registered date: 04/01/2023 14:59

Form: (empty)

Can you edit and save the UM email templates?

I don’t get. Could you explain me better?

Have you tried to edit and save the other UM email templates
on the UM Settings -> Email page like Account Welcome Email
or is it only the Profile is updated email you can’t save?

All the UM email template are saved, also the Profile is updated email.

I have changed the plugin code for testing of empty Form ID.

You can try the plugin again version 4.4.0.
If there is a possible email failure no email is sent.
You can turn on a trace of the Form IDs to .../wp-content/debug.log if no email.

Hi, installed and no any mail sent now. How can I turn on a trace? I don’t find the file debug.log in my file manager of the website.

There is a checkbox on the
UM Settings -> Email -> Profile is updated email page
with the text Admin Email Profile Update – Trace to debug.log
