Some Tax Rates Do Not Work, Most Do

    I set up all of my tax rates the exact same way and most work without any issue, however, I am having an issue where a select few do not work at all and customers are able to purchase without paying taxes and costing the business money. I’ve gone in and verified everything is entered correctly and even tried to just create a new line for those tax rates and nothing has worked.

    Typically, issues like these are caused by a conflicting plugin or theme installed on the site. Ideally, you’d need to run a full conflict test by following instructions on this page: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    If running a conflict test doesn’t resolve the issue, kindly provide the following:

    • Screenshots of your tax settings as shown under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax.
    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
