Some strings cannot be translated using WPML

    Hi,

    Some text strings are not translated, the strings are correctly visible and translatable within the WPML interface but the translations are not applied.

    The text strings not translated are the following:

    • “Credit cards / Debit Cards” = TITLE field on Advanced Card Processing
    • “Pay via PayPal” = TITLE field on Standard Payments
    • “Standard PayPal payment or payment in installments” = DESCRIPTION field on Standard Payments

    Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

    We are aware of the issue, and in version 2.8.1, we introduced a workaround for the current situation.

    You can find detailed steps to test it here. However, it requires users to manually install the mu-plugin, which might not be straightforward for everyone so if you have any questions or encounter problems saving content in WP directories due to this workaround, please let us know.
