I don’t know how to translate the text By submitting your review, you agree to the terms and conditions. which appears in Review Forms. I’m using Polylang in 4 languages and in each languages the text is the same (non traslated and not translatable in Polylang translate section). Also the text Display Name is not translated and not translatable. How can I fix? Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

Please share a screenshot of the option Verified Reviews on the plugin settings page Reviews > Settings > Review reminder tab.

Sorry, i don’t know how upload my screenshot here. the only way I see is through Url but being an admin page the url doesn’t works.

Anyway,in the plugin settings the “No verification” option is selected.

My problem is that the customer receives the review form (to be clear, I am referring to the section in which he chooses the score from 1 to 5 for the product purchased) in which there are two untranslated strings (“Display Name” and “By submitting your review, you agree to the terms and conditions“) and not translatable into Polylang string translate section.

Additionally, the “terms and conditions“text in the previous sentence is a link to Terms and conditions page on my website, but the link points to the English version of this page even if the customer language is different.
