Some stores not showing up

    Hi – I initially imported all stores (over 500) through the cvs add on and they worked fine. Now as I try to add additional store manually, one by one, they do not show up as a result. The stores are published and show up correctly in the preview. I saw a thread from a year ago that addressed this topic but couldn’t find the fix. Can you please help me?

    Can you flush the cache form any possible caching plugins your using, and also flush the transient cache on the WPSL settings page ( tools section ).

    Also make sure the max results limit set on the settings page is large enough to show all the results, and that the wpsl shortcode doesn’t include category=”x” ( assuming the location isn’t assigned to the same category ).

    Hi Tijmen – I flushed the cache on the WPSL settings page, flushed the cache in my caching plugin, and set the results to 50. And the only shortcode I have on the page is the [wpsl] but I still am not seeing the new stores I added. Anything else I can try?

    They are within the same country as the selected map region on the WPSL settings page, and the map preview on the right side does show the location in the expected location?

    yes to both – it’s all in the usa

    oh I figured out the problem. it was the map preview – that hadn’t been clicked on some of the stores and once I did, they showed up.

    It shouldn’t require a click on the map preview to make it work.

    If you click on ‘show response’ on the WPSL settings page, does it show any errors?
