Some stores not appear in their categories

I have a problem with store categories.
Some stores are not appearing if i select their category on the map search.
The stores are in multiple categories, and the same store appear for one but not for another even if it’s in both. Even more strange is that they appear for additional categories but the one they don’t appear is their main.
Stores were imported correctly with the CSV importer.
Why?
