    Hi, it seems there is some other plugin conflicting with it. Can you please try deactivating plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing this issue?

    Hi, I’ve disabled all the plug-ins but I have not solved it. I deactivated the theme and activated the default Twenty Nineteen theme the problem is solved.
    So the plugin conflicts with the theme, is there a way to solve?
