I have only 1 set out of the 14 I created showing up in the Facebook store.

All my products are in the store (except for a couple they rejected, and I’ve got someone from FB looking at that issue).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @tahliasmasks

Thanks for sharing your issue about product sets not being synced to Facebook catalog.

Could you please confirm so you create product sets from this section: Marketing > Facebook > Product sets?

It’s where you name your product set to be created on your Facebook catalog and then associate that set with a WooCommerce product category.

Secondly, have you enabled logging under Marketing > Facebook, just at the very bottom before the save button? If so, please share your Facebook for WooCommerce logs, these can be obtained through the following section: WooCommerce > Status > logs, and then select from the drop down the log that starts with facebook_for_woocommerce.

    Look forward to your reply.

Yes, I did create product sets from this section: Marketing > Facebook > Product sets.

I didn’t have logging on, but I turned it on an did a sync.

As I don’t have an access to your website, could you please copy the log text and paste on Gist.github.com and then share the link here?

    Look forward to your reply.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you. I’m been busy.

I received this from Facebook support “After a careful review, we found that the Facebook catalog contains different data than your WooCommerce catalog, we kindly advise that you contact WooCommerce and request that they send Facebook the most up-to-date catalog data. There can sometimes be a delay between editing your WooCommerce catalog and WooCommerce sending that updated data to Facebook. The Facebook system only displays the data it receives, so, if there are any discrepancies between the catalogs, this would indicate that Facebook hasn’t yet received the updated data and it would be best to contact WooCommerce to get that issue resolved and the updates sent to Facebook.”

Here’s the link to the data you requested. https://gist.github.com/tahlianewland/10077f382ab9698222da89a1a65412ae

I’m happy to give you access to the website if you want.

    Hi there @tahliasmasks

Thanks for sharing your communication with Facebook:

I think this indicates that there are more than 1 catalog, and your Facebook for WooCommerce is connected to Z catalog, and you check Y catalog, as the plugin pushes the data to Z catalog, you won’t see in Y catalog.

To investigate further, please create a ticket with us directly.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
