some sections are in English, some sections are in Turkish

When I install the Loco Translate plugin, 2 system templates come ready: Turkish and English. Turkish translation appears to be 100% complete. When I come to the theme customization section from the admin panel, everything appears in Turkish, exactly as I wanted. When I enter the site from the incognito tab as a customer, some parts appear in English and some parts appear in Turkish. It is resolved temporarily when I move the pattern file to the special folder. After a short while, a new pattern is created in the system folder again and the same problem continues.
