Some script preventing Amazon ads from Showing – Please help

    I’m using a colormag theme, the theme is awesome. Thank you.
    Recently I joined amazon associates to monetize my website and amazon gave me the below Native ads code to add to the website.

    As recommended by Amazon, I used a plugin called ‘Ad inserter’ and inserted the above in ‘block 1′ and chosed “after the content’ selection and saved the settings.

    It’s been more than 3 days, my ads are not showing. I tried deactivating all other plugins, cleared all cache, still the ads are not showing.

    I then contacted the ‘Ad inserter’ plugin support and they told me that I have correctly inserted the ad code but the website is throwing a javascript error as below:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: aax_render_ad is not defined
    at getad?src=308&c=100&sz=1x1&apiVersion=2.0&pj=

    And they further said this error is caused by the script

    So, dear colormag support team, how can I fix this error? Please help me to display the ads.

  • Hi Riswan,
    Well, ColorMag doesn’t do anything related to Adsense. It only provides a place to insert it via a widget. So, it should be related to the code itself or the you’re using to show it. Both of the code above you provided is not related to the ColorMag theme.
