My apologies for the late reply, we’re experiencing a high volume of tickets across all products we support.
not all sales are tracked in GA4, if we compare the total sales in GA4 vs sales in our store there is a difference.
Do you have any snippets/plugins that alter with the order received page?
Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
It might be worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log
option. If you find any, please share them with us here or copy-paste them into a text sharing service like Gist.
