    Hi,
I had a complaint from a visitor who was trying to post a comment, but was never published.

I noticed that he had been refused with an invalid token. We did a couple of tries, with always the same result. I asked him which browser he was using, it was safari.

I asked him to switch to chrome, and it worked.

Note that I don’t require my visitors to subscribe to post comments, but I do moderate those manually.

Also, is there a way to restore a comment that was refused by GBC?

    Hi again,
I just had the same problem too, and with chrome.

    Hi @jeangodecoster,
I had a look at your web site and there is no browser issue. The problem is that your pages are loaded using Ajax requests. If the ENTIRE page is loaded through Ajax, the plugin can’t detect that the content was changed in that page and therefore it will block your comments. If you refresh that page you’ll see that there is no issue and the comments are going through as expected. Have a look at your comments and you’ll find my tests over there.
As I mentioned, there is no issue with the plugin or an incompatibility with Postmatic (great choice). The issue is over there in your theme, when the entire page content is loaded with Ajax.
Also, just try to post an empty comment and your will figure out that instead of getting an error message you’ll see : Comment has been sent!
On the other hand, I’ve seen you are tracking your traffic using Google Analytics. I am pretty sure that this will affect your stats as well. Just have a look at them!

If you still decide to load pages through Ajax, let me know and I’ll provide a custom solution to fix your issue.

    Cheers,
    Mihai

    Hi Mihai,
yes I noticed the analytics issue and with the support from the Google Analytics Dashboard, they came to the same conclusion.

    I disabled AJAX, which I didn’t like anyways ??

Thanks a bunch for the help
