I am using WPBakery and the ThemeGoods GrandConference theme. All are up to date as of today, including WordPress and all plugins. I don’t know when it started, but I just noticed that on one page, the first 5 rows are appearing normally and then the 6th, 8th and 9th are shifted to the left, all different amounts. Everything looks fine in WPBakery Page Builder and Frontend Editor, but the live page is a mess. Gutenberg is disabled in WPBakery, just in case.

I deactivated all plugins except for WPBakery, and also tried several different themes (incl. Twenty Twenty One) and it didn’t fix the problem — the rows are still not centering correctly.

Then I tried rebuilding the affected rows from scratch, and also recreating them from duplicated rows that appear correctly — the new rows still are not showing correctly!

Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

  • I took a look at your site, and it seems the content on the site was built with the WPBakery page builder plugin.

This being a commercial (aka PAID) plugin, we’re unable to install it, test things out, and help you.

Please contact the author or marketplace where you purchased the plugin from for help. If this plugin came bundled with your “Grand Conference” theme (which is also a commercial product which we can’t support there), please contact the theme’s author instead for assistance.

    Good luck!
