    We are trialling your Royal Mail Live Rates plugin. But the list of RM services does not include e.g. 48hrs Tracked – which is the one most used by companies.

    Can it?
    Why does it not include their full list?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are currently working on updating the pricing list, so we’ll also investigate the possibility of adding the 48hrs Tracked service. We’ll get back to you with an update on our findings.

    I have two customers that both need 48hr tracked service.

    Hi @baz74,

    The Royal Mail 1.4.0 version has been just rolled out and the update containing the pricing changes as well as the new services (Tracked 24, Tracked 48, Tracked 24 with Signature, Tracked 48 with Signature) is available to download.

    Thanks. I have updated to the latest version, but your plugin does not seem to be using the Product dimensions. Which in my test case are:
    17.8 x 12.7 x 12.7mm

    Debug mode shows:

    Width: 0 cm, length: 0 cm, depth: 0 cm, weight: 250 g, value: 16 GBP.

    Weight & Value (not including tax) are correct.

    Oh! I now see your documentation says it uses ‘default’ dimensions, not product dimensions. Was this the same on earlier versions???

    Hi @baz74,

    Yes, it is how the plugin works, it was the same in the earlier versions and nothing has been changed in the latest update in this matter.

    If you’d like the products to be fitted to the boxes you use for shipping, and the shipping costs to be calculated accordingly, I believe that the Parcel Packing Method: Pack into custom boxes option might be the solution you’re looking for. However, this feature is available in the plugin’s PRO version and since this forum is dedicated only to the free one, according to the ToS, we’re not supposed to discuss the PRO features here.
