some related content buttons still directing to old url

I set up shareaholic with my Bluehost-hosted site using wordpress while the site was still using the temporary url ( 69.195.124.212/~textilg4/ )
Now Bluehost have updated my url to the permanent url of textiletrails.com.au (good) and some of the shareaholic related posts buttons link to pages with the permanent url (great) and some of them still link to pages with the url such as https://69.195.124.212/~textilg4/sam-tai-village/(sad)
Any ideas for how to correct this?
I emptied the cache and the same problem occurs, so it’s current.
