Some registered information are deleted when changing or adding roles to user

Some of the registered user information are deleted when changing a role or adding another role to user. The deleted information are registered through ER forms, and are from WC Vendors (the user’s bank details and shop description). I have successfully linked the ER form to the user meta keys because the information is registered, however when I’m manually changing or adding roles, they just disappear. But they are saved in the ER form submission, so the user has to re-register by just clicking the register button from the form. What can I do so the users won’t have to re-register every time they change roles?
