    I have noticed that some Recovered Orders are not actually recovered, some are still marked as Cancelled or Failed.

    Hello @techpik,

    Greetings for the day!

    It seems you are seeing some orders as recovered however the order status in Woocommere is Cancelled or failed for those orders, if I’m getting it right.

    Please check the plugin settings and make sure that the Cancelled and Failed order status is not excluded from email sending.
