    I would suggest waiting for their feedback, this maybe related to some codes injected in your theme files, or one of the installed plugins causing this redirection (which I couldn’t reproduce by the way, i.e your web page link goes directly to your website).

    Also, sometimes codes inserted in “.htaccess file” can be responsible for this redirection, so I recommend checking all these things.

    Finally -and most probably in this case- users themselves may have their browsers infected with some kind of malware causing this issue.
