Some questions for Totalsurvey

    Hello,

    We tried contacting via the support contact form but gives an error so posting it here.
    We are using your TotalSurvey plugin on our clients site and have some questions:

    • How can we put a logo in the header and/or footer of the survey?
    • When we use the publish URL for reports on a published insights with two submissions we get the following error: page is not availible. How can we fix this?

    Hi @webtica,

    Thank you for reporting that, our support form has been fixed and it is working as expected now.

    How can we put a logo in the header and/or footer of the survey?

    You can create a regular page with a header/footer and put the survey shortcode in between to achieve that. Otherwise, we can help you customize the template to achieve that within the survey.

    When we use the publish URL for reports on a published insights with two submissions we get the following error: page is not availible. How can we fix this?

    We need more context about this. Please consider contacting us again through the form while providing a link to the page and screenshots if possible.
