    Ok, issue #2 above can be ignored since I can access that URL now.

    This is great that it is fixed. But I would like to answer as it may help to other people.

    #1. Yes, all of our plugins are compatible to WP 3.7.x
    #2: That was a immediate maintenance was going on in our server.
    #3: All of our plugin should work any plugin that is developed according to codex rules.
