Some Questions About Developing a Marketplace.

  • Hello,
    I have few questions regarding creating a kind of customized marketplace

    First my marketplace would have 2 main categories.

    The first category explanation
    there’s services added by vendors, Registered customer can order a service via contacting seller only maybe it’s chatting or contacting via email.

    The second category explanation
    there’s also services added by vendors, with the normal ‘add to cart’ button. The vendor get notification that an order has been placed. The admin could check every order and hold payment and then pay to vendor when its done. and I want to hide vendor information in this category.

    How can I achieve this using even paid plugins?
    I just want steps to work through and I will be so thankful!

  • Hi! I don’t think there is a ready to use solution to get instantly everything you want, but you can get most what you need with Dokan marketplace plugin free or paid version and little customization from a developer (like hiding some information, etc).
