1. You need to open or copy the section-parts/section-hero.php to child theme and change button #1 & #2 target.

2. Please try to add this to Cuztomize => Additional CSS:
body, p { color: #000; }

Colour changed and it’s ok, but I can’t find ‘target’ switch in section-hero.php :/

It is not available and you have to add manually.
