  • This sounds like my report “Problem with UTF-8 characters” from two weeks ago.

    I think the plugin isn’t fully robust with non-ascii text. Possibly related to doing some work on a Mac.

    I ended up deleting pages and posts, then exporting from the development site and importing into the live site. It was a bit of a hassle, but at least I didn’t have to copy and paste each and every one.

    This happened to me when cloning from WP engine to Bluehost only all commas were replaced with the temporary site address. Because there were no other instances where the temp address was needed, I was able to fix it using search and replace in the SQL database (see post from today in the support area)
