    Hi,
    We have few issues with some of our product variations that do not sync to facebook.
    They are fully stocked, not virtual product and visibility is “sync and show in catalog”.
    However, each of these variations still don’t have a facebook variant’s ID.

    I’ve tried, deleting transients, clearin cache, reset facebook metadata, delete product in facebook… nothing works.

    This doesn’t happen to all the products that have variations, but I can’t find any difference…

    Can I please get help?

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    In your support ticket can you also please share your site’s System Status Report.

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Please also enable debug logging under Marketing > Facebook and try another sync:

    Then please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and send us a copy of the sync logs that are generated

    We will be able to help you further from there.
