    I have set up the woocommerce for facebook plugin and connected my store by running the set up wizard. For some reason some of the products on my website aren’t syncing or displaying on the facebook shop. I can’t see any reason for this as most products appear just fine. When I look at the product in woocommerce it says it has synced but the ID generated returns nothing.

    Could you help me resolve this as I’d really like all products displayed on the facebook shop.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Have you noticed any similarities between products that aren’t syncing? If so, what did you see? Are the not-synced products all in the same category? Do they have any of the same tags?

    – Please make sure products are set as Sync and show in catalog.

    – Make sure products are not virtual products.

    Would you be able to confirm the above for us?

    Hi thanks for coming back to me.

    All our products are set to sync and show. Some of them also give me an ID number but are still not showing in the shop.

    We have no virtual products.

    Some of the products not showing up in the shop are all from the same brand rather than category while others brands have some of the products and not others.

    I’m really not sure what the problem is as most products are syncing just fine, I’m not sure why others aren’t so your help is very much appreciated.

    Hi @tonimerc!

    Thanks for checking the sync settings. The next thing I would recommend checking is that these missing products aren’t out of stock. You can check stock settings in the Inventory tab inside the Product Data.
