Some products not found

    Hi,

    When searching for certain products by their product title (in WooCommerce), they are not found yet others are found just fine…

    Can you advise on how to find out what the reason for this is?

    We have rebuilt index, but no joy.

    Solved. Thanks Mikko.

    For anyone else’s benefit, this was to do with our WooCommerce data being out of sync. and although our products had a quantity value > 0, they still had a value in the wp_term_relationships table that said they were out of stock. this meant that they were not picked up by the Relevanssi index, and not shown on our search results page (as we do not show out of stock items).
