Some products images not appear on Woocommerce

    Need help problem with product images. On shop or category page some products images showing, and some not. but all images available in uploads folder. When i try to view in media library from the backend still there some image showing and some not. I try to update images as well but they not uploads but not appear.

    I regerated thumbnail as well but not works. When i try to change layout in media library from list or grid or list to grid some time its shows “error establishing a database connection”.

  • Disable the Shortpixel CDN option or shortpixel plugin and test the shop page.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like there might be intermittent connection issues with your database. While your hosting provider will be able to confirm that, please share the following:

    • A copy of your system status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status**
    • A copy of your error log as found under **WooCommerce > System Status > Logs**
