Some Products have GTIN and some only MPN

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When you leave the default field mapping in place for the identifier_exists field the plugin will automatically check your products and see if they have a brand/mpn/gtin in your feed and determine what the value for the identifier_exists field should be.

The Plugin does show on every single product <g:identifier_exists>yes</g:identifier_exists>

Even if there i no gtin available. For all products is a mpn and Brand available.

<g:identifier_exists>yes</g:identifier_exists> should only be on products with valid gtin value not on all according to google rules? 

i have on many products this info from google in merchant cente:

Hi,

The identifier_exists field will show “yes” when a product has:

1. A brand + GTIN, or;
2. A brand + MPN.

As you mentioned that all of your products have a brand and MPN the identifier_exists is put on “yes” as required by Google.

The yellow notification you are seeing in your Google Merchant Center is a warning that Google believes you should be having a GTIN as some other advertisers seem to have GTIN’s for similar products. Google is not disapproving your products but merely notifying you that your products will perform better when you add a GTIN to it.
