• I have been trying to add products to my WooCormerce store with my Printful templates but it keeps throwing one of the two errors below on the products:

    Product was not added!
500 Internal Server Error occurred! Please check your server logs for a detailed issue description.
    X
    CODE: G442377827

    Product was not added!
Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access
That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.
    CODE: G442377174

Meanwhile, Some of the products have already been added to my store. I also noticed that in WooCommerce, I have only added products to the store but I have not Added store details, Set up payments, Added tax rates, Added shipping costs, Gotten more sales, or Personalize my store: Does this have anything to do the errors I am receiving on Printful?

Here is my Printful Support report for any further information:

  • Hey! Regarding the internal error 500 — it’s an internal server error, which is happening on the hosting platform outside of Printful. What this means is that Printful is unable to see any additional server information or troubleshoot this error since it is occurring on the hosting side of things. The main cause can be a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings or server settings, and other unknown issues.
While Printful can’t further troubleshoot this error, we advise reaching out to your hosting provider to get some additional information on the issue.
If you have made any major recent changes to your platform, it might be worth reverting them. In some rare cases, it may or may not be related to the error.
About the other error — it also means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues, or a variety of other problems.
So it would be best to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can assist you further!
