    Hi,

    I’ve seen this in some other topics but I didn’t find a usefull answer yet. Some (quite a lot) of my products are not visible in the FB catalog, and are set to “Sync & Hide” somehow. I’ve managed a workaround by manually setting each variation to “sync & show”, but that’s a hassle, and I would like a more structural solution.

    I have an example of two product that seem identical, the are in the same categories, they have the same variations, etc, still one is shown and one is hidden.

    Is there any way to fix this other than run through all the variations each time?

    Could you confirm whether the products are published?

    Could you also share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

    Thank you so much for sending along your System Status and also, for confirming the published status of the products in question.

    I did want to clarify what you meant by this:

    Can you explain what you mean by concept products ? Are these the ones that you see are not syncing appropriately to your Facebook catalog? If you can explain the context of the concept product , it might help us to figure out why they are going to sync and hide instead of being published as others.

    But if those aren’t the products you are having trouble with, if you could send us some screenshots of the individual product sync settings and the product settings for the products that are getting switched to “sync and hide”, that might help us to see what is going on as well.

    Concept products: I meant products that are not published, but saved in concept. These state “not synced”. But that makes sense and this is not the issue.

    The issue is that some new products are set to “sync and hide” while others are “sync and show”, while the sort of product, the variations, and all other variables are alike.

    @smit_ralph Is anything different about the way you’re creating these products? For example, are you creating one with inventory so that it’s in stock, but another with no inventory (i.e. out of stock)?

    One thing you might try is just resetting the Facebook data for all products at once:

    … and then running a manual sync to see if that can fix all of them at once.

    Hello, i have the same issue. Fcebook connection is ok, but facebook plugin sync only some produts. how can i understand why not sync others? All products are set as “Sync and show”, i try with new catalogue, re-connection woocommerce and facebook nut nothing change. Any solutions?

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, the issue is not solved yet. All products are now set to ‘sync & show’ but the search option in facebook / instagram product tag still only shows a few random products. Some new, but also some every old and not even in our shop anymore.

    I am reluctant to try the reset option…..

    Thanks for letting us know the issue hasn’t been resolved as of yet, it looks like this has been going for a little bit and on the original status report you were running a few items, including WooCommerce itself, that have since had updates.

    Have you updated to the most current versions and are you still experiencing the same issue? If not, please run the available updates to ensure the issue still occurs.

    If so, or if the issue does occur, I would suggest performing the reset that we have previously recommended. I understand your concern with doing so, I do recommend having a good backup of your site when performing any major changes or troubleshooting steps and would suggest the same in this situation.
