Some product returns have plus values

I got another question. Recently when I check the orders manually I noticed that there are some returns and refunds that have plus values while some have minus values.

If I understand you correctly, some of your refunds are more than what the customer paid.

Do these orders have a dispute on them? Sometimes, you’ll need to pay a fixed fee for the dispute and if the customer wins it, the fee is not refundable. You can check the following doc to learn more about this: https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/faq/fees/

If this is not the case, then please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can understand the problem better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
