Some problems with caching
-
Hi! I noticed a long time ago, that if I visit my website, when I am not logged-in as admin, then a couple elements disappear sometimes. What’s notable, is that these elements are added through WP Insert plugin. I tried to contact them, but they don’t answer. So I hope, that you can help me. Now I will explain everything in details:
There are 2 elements, that are added through WP Insert. The first one is my photo with a text in sidebar. There are 2 versions of it – one with text centered (for tablets and PCs) — https://ibb.co/tzyg0Wy , and the second one has a smaller sized text, and it’s aligned to left (for mobile devices) — https://ibb.co/3MtrJhs . They both are placed on the same spot, but for different screen widths.
The second element has the same problem, so I don’t think it’s necessary to show it and to repeat myself.
I write to you, because clearing cache helps to solve this problem. But then it reappers again. I enabled “auto-clearing cache every 10 hours” option, but it doesn’t help.
What’s interesting, is that these elements don’t disappear on every page. It always depends.
So, is there any way how to exclude these elements from caching (text, headers, images, buttons with links)? Or is there any other way to solve this, so they don’t disappear?
Thanks in advance for an answer!
