some problems wirth new version

    Since I’ve downloaded the new version, a few problems occured:

    1) Videos do not open when choosing them on main page. Instead 404 error is shown.

    2) Some videos aren’t even shown in cathegories.
    (For example:
    82 videos in one cathegory, only 17 shown on page 1, “no videos in this cathegory” on page 2)

    Column and row settings are set correctly.
    In some cathegories “no videos in this cathegory” is shown despite videos in it.

    What can we do about that?

  • Hi,

    1) If you are using latest WordPress 4.2.2, then by default the permalink will be ‘Date and Time’. Whereas the WordPress Video Gallery plugin will support ‘Default’ and ‘Postname’ permalinks. So go to admin -> Settings -> Permalinks. Here change the permalink type to ‘Default’ and check. If it is working fine, you can change the type to ‘Postname’.

    2) Regarding category, contact the support team at [email protected]. So that I check the admin settings, videos and update you.
