    Hi
    I just started to use your plugin and I am loving it – thanks! However, I do have a big problem, for some reason I can’t add woocommerce prodcut image and prices unless I first create the porduct, them save, and then again upload the image and insert the price.
    Can you please help?

    Thank you for your kind words. It really means a lot! ??

    I just rechecked the same Smart Manager functionality and it seems to be working fine without any issues.

    Are you able to see the media library when clicking on featured image when trying to add image while creating the product? Could you please get back to me with a screengrab video of the steps to reproduce the same issue, so that I can investigate into the same and if needed resolve the same issue issue asap.

    Hi Eli,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    With regards to unable to set the featured image while adding the product, currently the same is possible once the product is saved as internally it uses some WordPress functions that require the product id.

    Further, with regard to your premium plan queries, we have already replied back to you on your email. Please do have a check with the same.
