    Hello!

I have a problem that I can’t understand at all (I’m very far from being knowledgeable about code) and maybe you can help me or at least point me in the right direction. I’m not sure it is related to your plugin, but I noticed it after configuring the plugin:
I can see the images of the site ok, in the backend and in the frontend, and add them to posts and pages, no problem. BUT, when I open firefox page info, it shows me only a blank space with a small icon on the left that suggests the link is broken. And always says that dimensions are 24px × 24px (resized to whatever is the real size of the jpg)
I repeated the test in another computer and it shows the same. I did try to deactivate everything with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, and the problem doesn’t disappear no matter what themes or plugins I have activated.
At the same time I checked the “copy protection” and it’s not working. I can select and copy text no matter if it’s active or not.
Finally, in the permissions tab every time I’m asked to change permissions for root directory.
    Thank you and
    best regards!

Are these issue all in Firefox, does the copy protection work in chrome?

All of them in firefox, I don’t have chrome (I’m using Linux). Tomorrow I can ask my sister to look at it in chrome and I will return to you!.
But anyway, the copy protection worries me as a symptom, I will not use it. I’m a lot more concerned with permissions and the fact that firefox seems to understand all my images as icons…

    Here is what your site looks like in chrome;

It displays the same as this in Safari

I have now downloaded a fresh version of Firefox and your site looks like this in FireFox: https://snipboard.io/kCoypb.jpg

To me, they look like they are displaying correctly (although I don’t know what your site should look like)
Therefore I think the issue might be with your setup?

    Hello!

It seems I’m not explaining the problem well. Sorry, I’m not a native speaker and some times are more difficult than others.

The site looks ok, this is not the problem. The problem is that in this site (and not in any other) page info doesn’t works correctly. This image should explain it better than my words:

Maybe I shouldn’t worry, but this site was delivered to the clients with a lot of problems and I’m fixing it as well as I can. Any deviation of what is expected worries me even if it seems not to affect the site. In this case, I ruled out problems with firefox because page info shows images and their correct sizes in all others sites, even in the old mirror of this one and in my local installation. It has the strange behaviour just in the real, online, official site.

    Sorry for the hassle!
    best regards!

It’s no problem, if I am honest I don’t think this is an AIOWPS issue but I am happy to help you as best as I can.

    Hi!

sorry for the delay! Yes, I’m starting to doubt it’s a AIOWPS problem too. I noticed some other strange things, like elementor text editor not showing all the options it would, footnotes not behaving the expected eay and so on, and a I believe I will try to reinstall wordpress. Maybe something got corrupted? This site was sent to me because it had a lot of problems and I’m trying to fix them…
Some questions: if I decide to reinstall wordpress, it will rewrite your rules in htaccess? And, is it a good idea to deactivate some options, like the change in the login page?

I’m really grateful for your help!

    best regards!

When you re-install AIOWPS there will be an option to add your rules back in but otherwise you should have a clean .htaccess.
I would deactivate everything to start with and then slowly reactivate the various features.

@arutha176 – how are you getting along?

    Hi!

Very slowly actually. We got an emergency about something that is not related to the site and it’s a bit hectic just now. To be part of a small NGO is to be eternally multitasking, and I’m no good at it (lol)!

I intend to get back to the website tonight!
