Some problem with configuration

i’m on early stages of developing a wordpress magento integrated site.
https://www.ordinearchitetti.fe.itOne question: why when i go to checkout (or on products) i would direct on Magento site?
Isn’t the plugin made for stay in wordpress environment?
Sorry for the dumb ask, i’ve just stared with this plugin, and im’ wondering if it’s a cookie problem.Thank you very much!
(I’m also interested in SSO, but one step at the time).
