    For some reason, some of our customers have a problem with the reservation (Gravity) forms. They can fill in the complete form, only to get blocked by Wordfence when they try to pay. This can cause huge problems, since some potential customers might not rent storage space with us because of this. I think it might be some problem in the communication between the payment system and Wordfence, but I can not figure out what is going wrong. Not all customers encounter this problem, so it is dependent on specific customers/ IP adresses.

    Hi @prosatya, thanks for getting in touch!

    When you are informed of blocking issues for these customers, are you seeing a block in Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic that corresponds to the approximate time they submitted the form? If so, what is the reason given? You may be able to click the block directly to expand the entry, then allowlist the action using the button provided.

    If that doesn’t seem to work, you could try running the site in Learning Mode for a period of time and attempting to complete some test transactions to see if any blocked circumstances might be caught and allowlisted in future.
