    For us to troubleshoot the failures, we’d need the following logs from you.

    – BizPrint Cloud App log, Click BizSwoop Logo running on the desktop taskbar. Select Get Logs
    – Print Manager Plugin Logs, WooCommerce > Print Settings > Logs tab. Plugin Log
    – Print Manager Print Logs, WooCommerce > Print Settings > Logs tab. Print Log

    Dear Bizswoop,

    From BizPrint Cloud App log it became clear that outdated cashier software was the root cause. It incorrectly marked the website certificate as invalid. (RootCA list is not updating and thus doesn’t trust the server certificate RootCA).
