Some Posts Not Showing On Main Page, Others Not In Admin Section or Categories

Hello,

I’m having trouble with today’s post not showing on the main page of my blog–although it does show in the Admin/Manage/Posts page and in the “Category” and “Archive” sections of the blog.

Also, I made 4 posts on this blog yesterday, and they all show up on the main page–but none of those posts show up in the Admin/Manage/Posts page, and they don’t show up in the “Categories” or “Archives” pages.

I’ve just changed hosts, but I don’t think that’s the problem–it worked well yesterday, and my other blog is working fine.

I’ve tried clearing my cache, but that didn’t help.

I haven’t future-dated the post, either. The only plug-ins I have are Akismet and Scott Merrill’s WordPress Database Backup, both of which I’ve been using for months with no problem.

Then I tried publishing a test post (with just the headline “test” and the text “test”). I saved it as a draft and tried looking at the main site from the admin section. At that time I could see the post I tried publishing earlier, but not the test post. Neither showed up on the public page.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
