It used to be that ALL the posts on my site – agodman.com – have the disqus system on them (since I activated it for ALL posts and pages), but for some reason on old blog posts there’s no disqus, and if there are any comments, they are listed as a standard wordpress comments.

    Very weird.

I put a link – https://www.agodman.com/blog/live-reality-body-christ-church-life/ – where the comments were thru disqus, but for some reason disqus doesn’t exist there, people can’t comment, and comments are listed as wordpress-style comments. Even when I edit this post, so as to “refresh it”, it still stays the same.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Interesting, especially because we didn’t really change the conditions of how the new plugin appears on certain posts. We might have to dig in a little deeper – would you be able to create us a temporary admin account, and email the credentials to our support team from the link in the plugin? Just write a note that Ryan asked for these.

Have the same problem here. Any suggestion on how to fix it?

Same here. All posts with comments don’t show Disqus, plus no ability to comment.

I figured this out on my end. I had to deselect “Automatically close comments on articles older than…” in Reading settings.

In the old Disqus, this didn’t matter and Disqus bypassed the setting.
