    The invalid zip message for this plugin is “Your zip code failed validation.” Where are you getting that message, and are you using live or test cards?

    I have a feeling the theme is causing the problem. Could you try enabling a theme without the multiple steps (like twentyfourteen) and see if it works? Your site is currently set to accept live payments so I can’t test it, but if a different theme fixes the problem, then you’ll have to speak to the theme developers unfortunately.
