    We have been experiencing a few issues with payments from our website, they seem to be failing and giving the reason that the ZIP code is not verified.

    Date: 2014/11/18 15:59:31
    Status: Failed: The zip code you supplied failed validation.
    Cards can be declined for many reasons. Learn more.

    The invalid zip message for this plugin is “Your zip code failed validation.” Where are you getting that message, and are you using live or test cards?

    I have a feeling the theme is causing the problem. Could you try enabling a theme without the multiple steps (like twentyfourteen) and see if it works? Your site is currently set to accept live payments so I can’t test it, but if a different theme fixes the problem, then you’ll have to speak to the theme developers unfortunately.
