some popup windows were not displayed properly

Hi, I suspect this may be a CSS conflict. Can you try this on the default WordPress theme and let me know if it’s still happening?

With a link in it, it works: See Footnote 38.

For my purposes it would be great if there was an option to have the popup box always with the same width.

Again, this only happens with footnotes without a hyperlink in it.

try to add this CSS to your theme:

.inline-footnote span.footnoteContent { width: 300px; }

This has done the trick for me!
