Some plugins and template not working

  • Hi,

    I seem to be having lots of trouble when it comes to certain plugins and templates on the genesis framework.
    For example:
    – I downloaded contact form 7 and this isn’t working when I paste the shortcode.
    – I tried using the blog page template after selecting all the correct settings and it doesn’t show any of my previous posts
    – I’ve just installed the photo gallery plugin, created a gallery and shortcode, then uploaded it, and again nothing is showing up.

    Could there be something blocking certain plugins/templates from working?
    My website hasn’t been “launched” yet so it’s unable to be viewed by anyone else.
